Sabine Kampmüller holds a Masters degree in International Health (MIH) and a diploma in nursing. As the Head of the evaluation unit she has managed and conducted different types of evaluations and Lessons-learned excercises since 2005. Sabine has worked for MSF as a nurse and project manager in various programs in Kenya, Sudan, Uganda and  Nagorno-Karabakh.  Specific areas of experience and interest include nomadic health care, urban health and qualitative research.

Mzia Turashvili is medical doctor, soon going to complete her Masters in Public Health. She has been working with MSF since 1995 as a Medical Coordinator, Head of Mission and evaluator, among others. Since 2008 she works as an Evaluation Manager and has been involved in evaluations and exploratory missions. She has worked in Ethiopia, Zimbabwe, Armenia, Georgia, Malawi, Kenya, South Sudan and Tanzania. Specific areas of experience and interest include HIV/AIDS, economic or cost-effectiveness evaluations.

Medical Anthropologist

Doris Burtscher is a medical anthropologist and has worked for MSF since 2001. She has conducted socio-cultural studies in Senegal, Mali, Albania and for MSF in  India, Lebanon, Liberia, Kenya, Mauretania, Niger, Sierra Leone, Swaziland and Zimbabwe, covering issues such as health seeking behaviour, HIV/Aids, TB, etc. Doris is a facilitator for cross-cultural communication and qualitative methods in various MSF courses; she speaks fluently french and english.
